摘 要:火力发电在我国能源领域扮演着关键角色,是能源产业中的核心组成部分。然而,对于过热蒸汽温度的精确控制是一项基础且极具挑战性的任务。由于蒸汽温度过高或过低都会影响机组运行效率。所以为了确保机组能够以最高效率运行且不损害过热器,必须对过热器的蒸汽温度进行精确调节。目前主要通过使用减温器来实现对过热蒸汽温度的控制,并且需要将温度维持在一个特定的参数范围内。随着新能源的接入和电网调度需求的变化,现代电厂需要在更广泛的范围内运行,这无疑对过热蒸汽温度控制提出了更高的要求。本研究以某电厂机组为例,首先分析机组过热蒸汽温度控制现状及影响因素,其次针对当下问题提出了整改方案,通过实际验证保证了方案的合理与可能性。Thermal power plays a crucial role in China s energy sector and is a core component of the energy industry.However,the precise control of superheated steam temperature is a fundamental and highly challenging task.Since steam temperatures that are too high or too low can affect the efficiency of unit operation,it is essential to regulate the steam temperature at the superheater with precision to ensure that the units operate at peak efficiency without damaging the superheater.Currently,the main method for controlling the temperature of superheated steam is through the use of attemperators,and it is necessary to maintain the temperature within a specific parameter range.With the integration of new energy sources and the changing demands of power grid scheduling,modern power plants need to operate over a broader range,which undoubtedly poses higher demands on the control of superheated steam temperature.This study takes apower plant as an example,first analyzing the current status and influencing factors of superheated steam temperature control in the units,and then proposes rectification plans in response to current issues.The practical validation ensures the rationality and feasibility of the proposed solutions.
