摘　　要：利用药食同源食材鸡内金、山楂和山药,制作具有健脾胃、助消化功能的儿童低糖保健饼干。以低筋面粉质量100计,炒鸡内金粉2%、山楂粉8%、赤藓糖醇36%、山药粉2%。以此配方制作的低糖保健饼干色泽均匀、口感酥脆、酸甜适宜。The children s low-sugar health biscuits with the function of strengthening the spleen and stomach and helping digestion were prepared by using the same ingredients of medicine and food,such as chicken s gizzard-membrane,hawthorn and yam.According to the quality of low gluten flour of 100,stir-fried chicken s gizzard-membrane powder of 2%,hawthorn powder of 8%,erythritol of 36%,yam powder of 2%.The low sugar health biscuits made by this formula have uniform color,crisp taste and suitable sour and sweet.
