衬砌厚度不足影响下通透肋式连拱隧道破坏规律试验研究

摘  要:我国首创的通透肋式连拱隧道作为一种环保型傍山隧道,解决了山区高速公路傍山路段选线困难的问题。然而,这种特殊的结构形式及其复杂的施工工序,不可避免地造成局部衬砌厚度不足,严重威胁隧道的结构稳定性和安全运营。因此,为明确含衬砌厚度不足的通透肋式连拱隧道灾变演化过程,以安徽省南山隧道工程为背景,设计1∶40缩尺模型试验,分析完整衬砌、内洞拱顶衬砌厚度不足和外洞右拱肩衬砌厚度不足3种工况下的隧道结构破坏演化特性。对比3种工况下衬砌破坏形态、围岩压力、衬砌内力及结构变形的差异性,揭示衬砌厚度不足影响下通透肋式连拱隧道破坏规律。试验结果表明:在偏压荷载作用下,无论缺陷存在与否,破坏均先发生于外洞肋拱式结构;肋梁结构作为典型破坏部位,与防撞墙相连处内侧、中段外侧及与挡石板相连处内侧均会开裂且裂缝出现时间较早,其中肋梁中段是整个隧道结构最先出现贯通裂缝位置。相比于完整衬砌,衬砌厚度不足区域均较早出现裂缝;衬砌厚度不足位于内洞拱顶时,裂缝分别出现在不足区域两侧边缘的内外两侧;衬砌厚度不足位于外洞右拱肩时,裂缝出现在不足区域靠右内侧。此外,由于衬砌厚度不足,范围衬砌的承载力降低,肋梁结构所受弯矩出现增加,加剧肋梁结构的破坏程度,尤其是当厚度不足位置靠近肋梁结构时尤为显著。研究结果可为我国连拱环保型傍山隧道病害机理与安全控制奠定技术基础。China’s innovative permeable rib double-arch tunnel,an environmentally friendly mountain-adjacent tunnel,addresses the challenges of route selection for hillside sections of mountain expressways.However,this unique structural form and complex construction procedures inevitably result in local lining thickness deficiencies,which severely threaten the structural stability and safe operation of the tunnel.To clarify the catastrophic evolution process of permeable rib double-arch tunnels with insufficient lining thickness,a 1:40 scale model test was conducted based on the Nanshan Tunnel Project in Anhui Province.This study analyzed the failure evolution characteristics of the tunnel structure under three conditions:intact lining,insufficient lining thickness at the inner vault,and insufficient lining thickness at the right shoulder of the outer vault.By comparing the differences in lining failure patterns,surrounding rock pressure,lining internal forces,and structural deformation under these three conditions,the study aimed to reveal the failure mechanisms of permeable rib double-arch tunnels with insufficient lining thickness.The test results indicate that under biased pressure,failure first occurs in the rib-arch structure of the outer tunnel,irrespective of the presence of defects.The rib beam structure,as a typical failure location,exhibits early cracking at the interior of its connection with the crash wall,the exterior of the middle section,and the interior of its connection with the barrier plate.The middle section of the rib beam is the first to develop through cracks in the entire tunnel structure.Compared to intact linings,areas with insufficient lining thickness exhibit earlier crack formation.When the insufficient thickness is at the inner vault,cracks occur on both the inner and outer edges of the deficient area.When the insufficient thickness is at the right shoulder of the outer vault,cracks occur on the inner right side of the deficient area.Due to the reduced bearing capacity of the lining in the d
