摘  要:K12学校数字化转型已成为提升教育质量、优化教育资源配置、促进教育公平的重要途径。学校数字化转型过程与路径具有复杂性、主动性,探究差异化情境下K12学校数字化转型路径日益重要。该文从组织变革视角出发,构建包括愿景、技术、人员、环境四个维度的K12学校数字化转型动力机制,并基于75所数字化好学校案例,运用模糊集定性比较分析方法从组态视角深入探讨影响K12学校数字化转型的多种因素间动态联动效应。研究发现K12学校数字化转型有“人员引领型”“多元协同型”“环境倒逼型”三种可行性路径,为学校数字化转型提供具有指导意义的可行方案。学校在推动数字化转型时需要立足自有条件发展情况,通过发挥因素联动作用,把握动力机制并适时调整,扎实推进学校数字化转型进程。The digital transformation of K12 schools has become an important way to improve the quality of education,optimize the allocation of educational resources,and promote educational equity.The process and path of school digital transformation is complex and proactive,and it is increasingly important to explore the path of digital transformation in K12 schools under differentiated contexts.In this study,from the perspective of organizational change,we constructed the dynamic mechanism of K12 school digital transformation with four dimensions,namely,vision,technology,personnel and environment,and based on 75 good digital school practice cases,we used the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method to explore the dynamic linkage effect among multiple factors affecting K12 school digital transformation from a group perspective.The study finds that there are three feasible paths for digital transformation of K12 schools,such as“personnel-led”,“multifaceted synergistic”,and“environmentally forced”,and puts forward feasible solutions for the digital transformation of schools,which are universally applicable and instructive.When promoting digital transformation,schools need to be based on their own conditions,play the role of factor linkage,grasp the power mechanism and make timely adjustments to solidly promote the process of school digital transformation.
