摘 要:本科生导师制课程教学模式的创新与改革是促进学生全面发展的重要途径,也是当代社会的需求和深化新时代教育改革的重要内容。导师制课程教学模式极大推动人才培养的高质量发展,是导师与本科生进行教与学的良好方式。但目前基于“五育并举”背景的导师制课程存在教学内涵不明确、实践教育缺乏可操作性、考核方式单一等教学问题。因此,该研究针对生态学专业本科生导师制课程教学过程中的具体问题,融合专业特色和OBE教育理念,明确导师制课程人才培养模式的内涵,创设多维度实践训练体系,优化多元化和多客体的评价考核体系,从而形成特色教育教学体系。研究成果对于培养高素质人才、完善人才培养方案以及提高教学质量等具有促进作用。The innovation and reform of the teaching mode of the Tutor-based Course is an important way to promote the all-round development of students,and it is also the demand of contemporary society and the deepening of educational reform in the new era.The Tutor-based Course teaching mode has greatly promoted the high-quality development of talent training,and is a good way for tutors and students to teach and learn.However,at present,there are some teaching problems in the Tutor-based Course based on the background of"simultaneous development of five educations",such as unclear teaching connotation,lack of operability of practical education,and single assessment method.Therefore,this study aims at the specific problems in the teaching process of the ecological undergraduate tutor system,integrates the professional characteristics and OBE education concept,clarifies the connotation of the talent training mode of the tutor course,creates a multi-dimensional practical training system,and optimizes the diversified and multi-object evaluation and assessment system,so as to form a characteristic education and teaching system.The results of the project will promote the cultivation of high-quality talents,the improvement of talent training programs and the improvement of teaching quality.
