摘　　要：老视是人类步入中老年阶段的常见视觉问题。近年来, 随着社会老龄化和视觉需求的变化, 老视的病因及矫治方式等研究有很大进展, 对老视的矫治理念也相应发生变化。中华医学会眼科学分会眼视光学组、中国医师协会眼科医师分会眼视光学专业委员会与中国老年医学学会眼科分会联合全国眼科及眼视光领域专家, 对老视的流行病学特点、发病机制及个性化矫治手段进行了充分讨论, 形成共识性意见, 为临床诊疗和健康管理提供科学指导。Presbyopia is a common visual issue as individuals enter middle and old age.In recent years,with theintensification of societal aging and changes in visual demands,significant advancements have beenmade in the prevalence,etiology,and correction methods for presbyopia,treatment concept has alsoundergone corresponding changes.Optometry Group of Ophthalmology Branch of Chinese MedicalAssociation,Ophthalmology and Optometry Committee of Ophthalmologist Association of Chinese DoctorAssociation,Ophthalmology Branch of Chinese Geriatrics Society,conducted extensive discussions on theepidemiological characteristics,pathogenesis,and personalized correction methods of presbyopia,forminga consensus to provide scientific guidance for clinical diagnosis,treatment,and health management.
