摘　　要：老视是一种年龄相关性调节不足导致视近模糊的正常生理现象。其矫正方式众多,其中多焦点LASIK是目前临床常用的矫正方式。该手术主要通过将角膜消融为多焦点形态,增加焦深,改善近视力,或采用结合多种方式优点的混合方案,更好地改善患者全程视力。笔者主要就不同模式多焦点LASIK矫正老视的术后效果进行综述,为临床工作的开展提供借鉴。Presbyopia is an age-related condition in which accommodation gradually decreases and the eye is no longer able to focus.There are many clinical strategies to correct presbyopia,multifocal excimer LASIK is one of the commonly used clinical modalities.The procedure is mainly performed by ablating the cornea into a multifocal pattern to increase the depth of focus and improve near vision,or by using the hybrid profile that combines the advantages of multiple modalities to better improve the patient's distance,intermediate and near vision.This article aims to review the different outcomes of these modalities of multifocal excimer LASIK and provide a reference for clinical works.
