大数据背景下“三社”融合优化农业价值链协作与分配机制研究

摘　　要：聚焦农业价值链中各主体关系的调整,简述了促进农业价值链升级是时代发展的必然要求,通过升级我国的农业价值链,可以满足消费者多样化需求、促进农业现代化、推动农民增收、实现农业可持续发展。农业价值链协作机制存在的问题在于信息沟通不畅和协作方式单一且松散,分配机制方面的主要问题是分配缺乏公允性,以及风险分担与利益分配不匹配。基于此,提出了通过大数据赋能“三社”融合,调整农业价值链中各主体间关系的对策:通过大数据信息平台强化协作,加强信息沟通;采用大数据分析和监控手段促进连结,形成利益共同体;应用大数据原理建立农产品价值评估模型合理定价,促进公平分配;应用大数据原理建立风险评估模型实现风险共担,保障收益稳定。Focusing on the adjustment of the relationships between various entities in the agricultural value chain,this article briefly describes that promoting the upgrading of the agricultural value chain is an inevitable requirement of the times.By upgrading China's agricultural value chain,it can meet the diverse needs of consumers,promote agricultural modernization,increase farmers'income,and achieve sustainable agricultural development.The problems with the agricultural value chain collaboration mechanism lie in poor information communication and a single and loose writing style.The main issues with the distribution mechanism are the lack of fairness in distribution and the mismatch between risk sharing and benefit distribution.Based on these,measures have been proposed to empower the integration of the"three societies"(farmers'cooperative,rural supply and marketing cooperative,rural credit cooperative)through big data and adjust the relationships between various entities in the agricultural value chain:strengthening collaboration and information communication through big data information platforms;using big data analysis and monitoring methods to promote connectivity and form a community of shared interests;applying big data principles to establish a model for evaluating the value of agricultural products and pricing them reasonably,promoting fair distribution;applying big data principles to establish a risk assessment model to achieve risk sharing and ensure stable returns.
