摘 要:煤矿数字化转型中,采煤工作面场景模型构建中存在交互性不足、逼真性差以及关键设备交互设计研究匮乏等问题。根据以上情况,本文研究了基于Unreal Engine的采煤工作面场景构建以及采煤机虚拟交互设计,通过SOLIDWORKS搭建采煤机、液压支架、刮板输送机等主要设备三维模型,在Unreal Engine中完成煤壁等采煤工作面场景搭建,为采煤机、液压支架、刮板输送机进行材质纹理设置,并对场景进行灯光渲染、交互蓝图编程,最终实现煤矿采煤工作面场景搭建以及采煤机交互控制,切实提高煤矿生产的可视化程度,为煤矿企业提供有力支持。In the digital transformation of coal mines,there are some problems in the construction of scene model of coal mining face,such as insufficient interactivity,poor fidelity and lack of research on interactive design of key equipment.According to the above situation,this paper studies the scene construction of coal mining face based on Unreal Engine and the virtual interaction design of shearer.Through SOLIDWORKS,the three-dimensional model of main equipment such as shearer,hydraulic support and scraper conveyor is built.The scene of coal mining face such as coal wall is built in Unreal Engine,and the material texture of shearer,hydraulic support and scraper conveyor is set up,and the scene is rendered by lighting and interactive blueprint programming.Finally,the scene construction of coal mining face and the interactive control of shearer are realized,and the visualization degree of coal mine production is effectively improved,which provides strong support for coal mining enterprises.
