摘 要:结合“道路工程材料”课程特点,以科研项目为牵引,设计了不同温拌剂对沥青性能影响的实验教学案例。该案例以双碳目标下降低沥青混合料拌合温度为切入点,以布氏黏度、60℃动力黏度、储存稳定性为主要控制指标,探究不同温拌剂对高黏高弹沥青性能的影响,并得到最优配比;采用扫描电镜与原子力显微镜分析温拌剂加入对沥青分子结构的影响,探究其改性机理。该案例以“问题导向—材料制备—微观分析—机理探究”为主线,以全面提升学生综合能力和创新能力为目标,涉及材料优选、性能测试、结构表征、化学分析等诸多知识点,能够提升学生综合运用跨学科知识解决实际问题的能力。[Objective]As a basic course for highway and bridge engineering majors,there were three major issues in the previous experimental course titled“Road Engineering Materials.”The traditional teaching mode hindered students’innovation,experimental content was single and lacked engineering background,and experimental teaching focused excessively on macroscopic observations,while neglecting microscopic mechanisms.Based on this,relying on the teacher’s research project designed“warm-mix additive asphalt preparation,microstructure,and performance analysis,”a comprehensive experiment that uses high-viscosity and high-elasticity modified asphalt as the object of the study,which is mixed with different warm-mixing agents to reduce its viscosity,is proposed to help realize the dual carbon goals.The experiment is closely related to engineering practice,aiming to improve students’problem-solving ability,stimulate their research interests,and cultivate innovation ability.[Methods]The experimental design took reducing the mixing temperature of asphalt mixtures as its entry point,focusing on three main control indicators:Brinell viscosity,60℃ dynamic viscosity,and storage stability.High-viscosity and high-elasticity asphalt is a composite-modified asphalt prepared by adding SBS rubber powder and other modifiers to #70 virgin asphalt.Basalt was selected as the coarse aggregate,and limestone was chosen as the fine aggregate.Based on the results of preliminary research,the optimal dosages of RH warm-mix additive and Aspha-min warm-mix additive were 3% and 6%,respectively.The optimal dosage of the surfactant warm-mix additive DWMA-1 was unknown,so four dosages(0.6%,0.8%,1.0%,and 1.2%)were set up for experimentation to investigate the effects of these three different warm-mix additives on the properties of high-viscosity and high-elasticity asphalt and to obtain the optimal ratio.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and atomic force microscopy(AFM)were used to analyze the impact of adding warm-mix additives on the molecula
