摘　　要：针对目前医院后勤管理的实际情况,本文探讨如何引入信息化系统,构建智能化、一体化的后勤维修管理平台。通过该平台,报修人员可以方便快捷地在线提交维修申请,维修人员可以及时响应并处理报修任务。同时,该平台还能对维修进度进行全程监控,实现维修流程全透明化。平台中的评价管理模块,还可以对维修人员的工作质量起到监督作用,实现对维修人员管理的优化。实践证明,后勤维修管理的信息化对于推动医院后勤管理的精细化、科学化发展意义重大,是医院实现现代化管理的关键举措。This paper explores the integration of information systems to build an intelligent and integrated logistics maintenance management platform in hospitals,addressing the current challenges in hospital logistics management.Through this platform,repair requests can be conveniently submitted online by staff,and maintenance personnel can respond and process tasks promptly.Additionally,the platform enables full-process monitoring of maintenance progress,achieving transparency in the maintenance workflow.The evaluation management module within the platform also supervises the quality of maintenance work,optimizing the management of maintenance personnel.Practice has shown that informatization of logistics maintenance management is crucial for promoting the refinement and scientific development of hospital logistics management and is a key measure for hospitals to achieve modernized management.
