摘  要:研究了一种基于西门子S7-300 PLC的自动化控制系统在变压器注油过程中的应用,旨在解决行业中传统变压器注油系统无法监测罐区油罐液位和注油油量、工人私自取油卖油等问题。系统主要通过Profibus现场总线构建分布式输入输出(Input/Output,I/O)控制网络,并采用单神经元比例-积分-微分(Proportional-Integral-Derivative,PID)算法对注油流量进行精确控制,以确保注油过程的高效性和可靠性。研究结果表明,该控制系统显著提高了变压器注油过程的自动化水平,减少了人为干预和误操作,提升了企业的运营效率和经济效益。This study explores the application of an automation control system based on Siemens S7-300 PLC in the transformer oil injection process.The goal is to address issues in traditional systems,such as the inability to monitor tank oil levels and injection quantities,and the problem of workers secretly taking and selling oil.The system constructs a distributed Input/Output(I/O)control network through the Profibus fieldbus and uses a Single Neuron Proportional-Integral-Derivative(PID)algorithm to precisely control the oil injection flow,ensuring efficiency and reliability.Results show that the control system significantly improves automation,reduces human intervention and errors,and enhances operational efficiency and economic benefits for enterprises.
