摘  要:目的:探索柴胡浸膏在微波真空干燥过程的水分及其活性成分变化规律,以期有效提高其干燥效率和品质。方法:采用不同微波功率密度对柴胡浸膏进行干燥试验,研究干燥过程的水分比和干燥速率变化情况,采用6种常用的薄层干燥经验模型对柴胡浸膏干燥过程中水分比曲线进行模型拟合与验证,并运用HPLC测定柴胡浸膏中柴胡皂苷a、柴胡皂苷d的含量。结果:试验范围内,提高微波功率密度可以更有效地缩短干燥时间,模型拟合发现Page方程拟合度最高,柴胡皂苷a、柴胡皂苷d含量均随干燥时间延长而降低,且均表现为功率密度越大,活性成分降解率越大。结论:研究工作为提升柴胡浸膏干燥效率和干燥品质提供了理论基础和技术指导。Objective:To explore the change rule of moisture and its active components in the microwave vacuum drying process of Bupleurum extract,in order to effectively improve its drying efficiency and quality.Methods:Different microwave power densities were used to carry out drying tests on Bupleurum extract,to study the changes of moisture ratio and drying rate in the drying process,and six commonly used empirical models for thin-layer drying were used to fit and validate the moisture ratio curves in the drying process of Bupleurum extract and to determine the contents of Saikosaponin a and Saikosaponin d in Bupleurum extract by HPLC.Results:Within the experimental range,increasing the microwave power density could shorten the drying time more effectively,and model fitting revealed that Page's equation had the highest fit,and that the contents of Saikosaponin a and Saikosaponin d both decreased with the extension of the drying time,and they both showed that the greater the power density,the greater the degradation rate of the active components.Conclusion:The research work provides theoretical basis and technical guidance for improving the drying efficiency and drying quality of Bupleurum extract.
