微创拔牙技术治疗阻生牙的效果探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨微创拔牙技术治疗阻生牙的效果。方法:选取2022年3月—2023年5月于上海市闵行区中心医院接受治疗的108例阻生牙患者为研究对象,随机分为常规组和微创组,各54例。常规组接受常规拔牙技术,微创组接受微创拔牙技术。比较两组牙槽骨情况、治疗情况、并发症发生率及满意度。结果:术后1个月,两组牙槽骨骨密度、牙槽骨高度及牙槽骨宽度升高,微创组高于常规组(P<0.05);微创组术后3d视觉模拟评分法评分低于常规组,伤口愈合时间、手术时间短于常规组,牙槽完整性评分高于常规组(P<0.001);微创组并发症总发生率低于常规组(P=0.004);微创组总满意度高于常规组(P=0.001)。结论:微创拔牙技术治疗阻生牙的效果显著,可缩短手术时间,改善牙槽骨情况,减轻术后疼痛,缩短伤口愈合时间,降低并发症发生率,提高患者满意度。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of minimally invasive extraction technique in the treatment of impacted teeth.Methods:A total of 108 patients with impacted teeth treated at Shanghai Minhang District Central Hospital,from March 2022 to May 2023 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into a conventional group and a minimally invasive group,with 54 patients in each group.The conventional group received conventional extraction technique,while the minimally invasive group received minimally invasive extraction technique.The alveolar bone condition,treatment outcomes,complication rates,and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:1 month postoperatively,the bone mineral density,height,and width of the alveolar bone increased in both groups,with the minimally invasive group showing higher values than the conventional group(P<0.05).The minimally invasive group had lower visual analog scale scores at 3 days postoperatively,shorter wound healing time and operation time,and higher alveolar integrity scores compared to the conventional group(P<0.001).The overall complication rate in the minimally invasive group was lower than that in the conventional group(P=0.004).The total satisfaction rate in the minimally invasive group was higher than that in the conventional group(P=0.001).Conclusion:The minimally invasive extraction technique is effective in treating impacted teeth,as it shortens operation time,improves alveolar bone condition,reduces postoperative pain,accelerates wound healing,lowers complication rates,and enhances patient satisfaction.
