阿立哌唑联合利培酮治疗精神分裂症的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探究阿立哌唑联合利培酮治疗精神分裂症的效果。方法:选取2022年7月—2024年7月于句容市第四人民医院接受治疗的80例精神分裂症患者,通过摸球法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用利培酮治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合阿立哌唑治疗。比较两组症状改善情况、血糖及血脂指标、不良反应发生率、睡眠质量。结果:治疗后,两组阳性症状、阴性症状、一般精神病理评分及总分降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组空腹血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平升高,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P=0.017);治疗后,两组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:阿立哌唑联合利培酮更有利于改善精神分裂症患者症状及睡眠质量,降低不良反应发生率,对患者血糖、血脂指标影响较小。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of aripiprazole combined with risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods:Eighty patients with schizophrenia treated at Jurong Fourth People's Hospital from July 2022 to July 2024 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group by a random ball drawing method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with risperidone,while the observation group received aripiprazole in addition to risperidone.The improvement of symptoms,blood glucose and lipid levels,incidence of adverse reactions,and sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the positive symptoms,negative symptoms,general psychopathology scores,and total scores decreased in both groups,with the observation group showing lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,fasting blood glucose,total cholesterol,triglycerides,and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels increased in both groups,with the observation group showing lower levels than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.017).After treatment,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index scores decreased in both groups,with the observation group showing lower scores than the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:Aripiprazole combined with risperidone is more effective in improving symptoms and sleep quality in patients with schizophrenia,reducing the incidence of adverse reactions,and has a lesser impact on blood glucose and lipid levels.
