企业专利质量对专利成果转化运用影响研究——基于专利密集型产品备案企业数据

摘　　要：[目的/意义]探究专利质量对企业专利转化的影响及其作用机理,对加速我国专利密集型产业发展以形成竞争优势、培育出面向未来发展的新质生产力具有重要意义。[方法/过程]以2023年度专利密集型产品名单中所涉及的A股上市企业为样本,在梳理专利转化运用相关文献的基础上,实证考察企业专利质量对企业专利转化的影响及组织资源冗余在其中发挥的调节作用。[结果/结论]企业专利质量对企业专利的转化具有显著的正向影响;组织资源冗余在企业专利质量对专利转化的影响中发挥着显著的正向调节作用,且上述结果均较为稳健。研究建议,企业在专利申请和转化工作中,应遵循“应用导向-质量控制-规律更新”的管理思路。[Purpose/significance]Exploring the effect of patent quality on patent transformation and its mechanism is of great significance for accelerating the development of China’s patent-intensive industries to form competitive advantages and cultivate new quality productivity for future development.[Method/process]Taking the A-share listed enterprises involved in the list of patent-intensive products in 2023 as samples,based on the review of relevant literature on patent conversion and application,the impact of enterprise patent quality on enterprise patent conversion and the moderating role of organizational resource redundancy are empirically investigated.[Result/conclusion]The patent quality of enterprises has a significant positive impact on the transformation of enterprises’patents.Organizational resource redundancy plays a significant positive moderating role in the impact of enterprise patent quality on patent conversion,and the above results are relatively robust.The research suggests that enterprises should follow the management idea of“application orientation-quality control-law updating”in patent application and transformation work.
