以历史主动精神赋能中国式现代化:内涵、价值与路径

摘　　要：历史主动精神是在中国共产党科学领导人民群众进行伟大斗争之中形成和发展起来的精神状态和精神品质,强调把握历史主动才能创造历史发展奇迹。在理论内涵层面:历史主动精神的科学内涵表现在历史主体思维、历史客体思维、历史整体性思维、历史功能性思维的有机统一。在价值蕴含层面:历史主动精神为把握历史和尊重历史规律提供了自觉意识,明确中国式现代化道路的合理性,为应对新情况、新问题、新挑战提供了精神动力,筑牢国家治理认同的理论根基。然而,“历史虚无主义”和“狭隘民族主义”肆意曲解历史主动精神的内涵和价值。因此,以大历史观和人民主体为视域发挥历史主体力量推动社会历史发展,激发历史主动推动中华民族伟大复兴,把握历史整体铸牢中华民族共同体意识,运用历史规律推动中国式现代化发展具有重大意义。The historical initiative spirit of the Communist Party of China is a great spirit formed and developed by the scientific leadership of the people during the great revolution and great struggle.It is rooted in the soil of the Chinese nation and emphasizes that only with the initiative of history can we create the miracle of historical development.At the level of theoretical connotation,the scientific connotation of historical initiative spirit is manifested in the organic unity of historical subject thinking,historical object thinking,historical holistic thinking and historical functional thinking.At the level of value implication,the spirit of historical initiative provides a conscious awareness for grasping history and respecting the laws of history,clarifies the rationality of the Chinese modernization path,gives spiritual impetus to coping with new situations,new problems and new challenges,and builds a solid theoretical foundation for national governance identity.However,“historical nihilism”and“narrow nationalism”arbitrarily misinterpret the connotation and value of the spirit of historical initiative.Therefore,it is of great significance to give play to the power of the historical subject with the great view of history and the principal position of the people as the perspective to promote social and historical development,to stimulate history to actively promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,to grasp the whole history to forge the sense of community of the Chinese nation,and to use the laws of history to promote the development of modern China.
