摘 要:在现代性思潮的冲击下,教师权威正面临被消解的境地。窥其全貌,教师权威的现代性嬗变加剧了师生关系的脆弱性、强化了师生关系的工具性、湮灭了师生互动的价值性,进而歪曲了教师权威的本来面貌。对教师权威进行理论溯源发现,这一概念经历了工具化、权力化、符号化、去权威化的嬗变历程。对教师权威消解现象进行解释,发现其动因在于教师角色的“祛魅”“学生中心”被误解以及“师生信任”被割裂。走出教师权威消解的困境,需要处理好自由与引导、互动与共生、自主与协同之间的关系,进而为重塑教师权威打好根基。Under the impact of modernity,teacher authority is facing a crisis of dissolution.A closer look reveals that the modern transformation of teacher authority has exacerbated the fragility of teacher-student relationships,reinforced the instrumental nature of these relationships,and obliterated the value of teacher-student interaction,thereby distorting the true nature of teacher authority.A theoretical exploration into the origins of teacher authority shows that this concept has transformed instrumentalization,to power,to symbolization,and finally to the process of de-authorization.The dissolution of teacher authority can be explained by the misinterpretation of the teacher's role as“disenchantment,”the misunderstanding of“student-centered”approaches,and the severing of“teacher-student trust.”To overcome the crisis of the dissolution of teacher authority,it is necessary to properly address the balance between freedom and guidance,interaction and symbiosis,autonomy and collaboration,which will lay a solid foundation for the reconstruction of teacher authority.
