多巴丝肼联合帕罗西汀治疗帕金森病伴抑郁的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析多巴丝肼联合帕罗西汀治疗帕金森病伴抑郁的临床效果。方法:选取60例帕金森病伴抑郁患者作为观察对象,均为2023年2月—2024年3月苏州工业园区星海医院神经内科收治,将患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30)。对照组患者使用多巴丝肼治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上使用帕罗西汀治疗。对比两组治疗效果。结果:治疗前,两组抑郁评分及δ、θ、β_(1)、β_(2)功率谱值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组抑郁评分及δ、θ功率谱值均降低,β_(1)、β_(2)功率谱值升高,且观察组改善幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组统一帕金森病评定量表(UP-DRS)评分对比,无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组UP-DRS评分均降低,且观察组比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:多巴丝肼联合帕罗西汀治疗帕金森病伴抑郁的临床效果显著,不仅可以缓解患者抑郁症状和帕金森病严重程度,还可以改善患者脑电活动。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of levodopa and benserazide combined with paroxetine in treatment of Parkin⁃son's disease with depression.Methods:A total of 60 patients with Parkinson's disease and depression were selected as the obser⁃vation subjects,all of whom were admitted to the Department of of Neurology at Suzhou Industrial Park Xinghai Hospital from Feb⁃ruary 2023 to March 2024,and the patients were divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30)according to the random number table method.The patients in the control group were treated with dopas serazide,and the patients in the observa⁃tion group were treated with paroxetine on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in depression scores andδ,θ,β_(1) andβ_(2) power spectra between the two groups(P>0.05),and after treatment,the depression scores andδandθpower spectra of the two groups decreased,and theβ_(1) andβ_(2) power spectral values increased,and the improvement in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of the Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale(UP-DRS)between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and the UP-DRS scores in both groups decreased after treatment,and the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of levodopa and benserazide combined with parox⁃etine in treatment of Parkinson's disease with depression is significant,which can not only alleviate the depressive symptoms and the severity of Parkinson's disease,but also improve the brain electrical activity of patients.
