近视患者应用小光斑飞点扫描主动眼球跟踪准分子激光治疗的效果及对患者视力情况的影响

摘　　要：目的探究小光斑飞点扫描主动眼球跟踪准分子激光对近视矫治的效果及其对患者视力情况的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2021年12月福建省南平市华厦眼科医院眼科收治的近视患者共计70例,经随机数字表法分组,对照组应用角膜塑形镜治疗(n=35),研究组应用小光斑飞点扫描主动眼球跟踪准分子激光治疗(n=35),观察两组治疗前及治疗一个月像差变化情况、裸眼视力(UCVA)、最佳矫正视力、生活质量评价结果以及并发症发生情况。结果研究组治疗后一个月的球差、高阶像差、彗差检测结果均低于对照组(均P<0.05);研究组治疗后3 d、10 d、30 d,UCVA均高于对照组(均P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率5.71%,相较于对照组22.86%偏低,差异对比(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,两组治疗后1个月的生活质量评价量表(QOL)评分提高,且研究组QOL评分明于对照组(P<0.05)。结论近视眼应用小光斑飞点扫描主动眼球跟踪准分子激光治疗,可有效改善患者视力水平以及生活质量,且并发症少,彗差、高阶像差、球差增加均较少。Objective To investigate the effect of small spotflying spot scanning active eye tracking excimer laser in myopia correction and its impact on patients’visual acuity.Methods A total of 70 myopia patients admitted to the Ophthalmology department of Huaxia Eye Hospital of Nanping City,Fujian Province from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected and grouped by random number table method.The control group was treated with orthokeratology(n=35),and the study group was treated with small spotflying spot scanning active eye tracking excimer laser(n=35).The aberration changes,naked eye visual acuity(UCVA),best corrected visual acuity,quality of life evaluation results and complications were observed before treatment and one month after treatment.Results The spherical aberration,high-order aberration and coma detection results of the study group were lower than those of the control group one month after treatment(all P<0.05).The UCVA of the study group was higher than that of the control group at 3,10 and 30 days after treatment.(all P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 5.71%,compared with 22.86%in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the quality of life(QOL)scores of the two groups were improved one month after treatment,and the QOL scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The use of small spotflying spot scanning active eye tracking excimer laser treatment for myopia can effectively improve the visual acuity level and quality of life of patients,and fewer complications,coma,high-order aberration,spherical aberration are less.
