摘 要:目的分析BOPPPS教学模式联合查房教学在脑病科护理临床教学中的应用效果。方法根据随机数字表法,将2023年5月至2024年4月福建中医药大学附属第二人民医院脑病科临床实习60名护理实习生分为两组,对照组(n=30)为传统教学模式;观察组(n=30)为BOPPPS教学模式联合查房教学。对比两组临床能力评分[迷你临床演练评估(Mini-CEX)]、学习状态评分[积极主动性测评量表(ALS)]、对教学的满意度。结果观察组Mini-CEX评分、ALS评分及对教学管理、课程进度、课堂氛围以及授课方式的满意度均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论BOPPPS教学模式+查房教学应用于脑病科护理临床教学,可以让护理实习生达到更好的学习状态,有助于提升其临床能力及教学满意度。Objective To analyze the application effect of BOPPPS teaching model combined with ward round teaching in nursing clinical teaching of encephalopathy department.Methods According to the random number table method,60 nursing interns in the Department of Encephalopathy,the Second People’s Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Chinese Medicine from May 2023 to April 2024 were divided into two groups.The control group(n=30)was in the traditional teaching mode.Observation group(n=30)was combined with BOPPPS teaching mode.To compare the two groups in terms of clinical competence scores[mini-clinical exercise evaluation(Mini-CEX)],learning status scores[activity levels scale(ALS)],satisfaction with teaching.Results The observation group had higher Mini-CEX scores,ALS scores,and satisfaction with teaching management,course progress,classroom atmosphere,and delivery method than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions The application of BOPPPS teaching model and ward round teaching in the clinical teaching of nursing in the department of Encephalopathy can make nursing interns achieve a better learning state,and help to improve their clinical ability and teaching satisfaction.
