玻璃体腔内注射小剂量曲安奈德联合眼部按摩治疗黄斑水肿的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的研究玻璃体腔内注射小剂量曲安奈德联合眼部按摩治疗黄斑水肿的临床疗效。方法将就诊的108例黄斑水肿患者随机分为按摩组和注射联合组,每组54例。按摩组行眼部按摩治疗,注射联合组在按摩组的基础上行玻璃体腔内注射小剂量曲安奈德治疗,比较2组治疗前与治疗后黄斑中心视网膜厚度、眼压、视力恢复时间、临床疗效及并发症。结果与按摩组比较,注射联合组黄斑中心视网膜厚度及眼压水平明显降低,差异有统计学意义,并发症明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过玻璃体腔内注射小剂量曲安奈德联合眼部按摩治疗黄斑水肿,能有效降低患者眼压,降低并发症的发生。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of small-dose intravitreal triamcinolone acetonide combined with eye massage in macular edema(ME).Methods One hundred and eight patients with ME visited our hospital were randomized 1∶1 to receive eyeball massage therapy(massage group)or small-dose intravitreal triamcinolone acetonide injection+eyeball massage(injection combination group).The aim was to compare retinal thickness,intraocular pressure,visual recovery time,curve efficacy and complications before and after treatment between groups.Results Compared with the massage group,the macular retinal thickness and intraocular pressure were significantly lower(P<0.05),and the complications were significantly lower in the injection combination group(P<0.05).Conclusion The small-dose intravitreal triamcinolone acetonide injection combined with eye massage for ME can effectively reduce the intraocular pressure,decrease intraocular pressure,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
