摘  要:宫颈癌作为排名首位的妇科恶性肿瘤,其治疗仍以手术联合放化疗的综合治疗为主,但对于晚期和复发性宫颈癌的疗效缺乏突破,因此探索新的治疗分子靶点和信号通路,开发新的靶向药物是未来的主要研究方向。缺氧诱导因子1α(HIF-1α)在宫颈癌中呈现高表达,调控多种基因的表达,是促进宫颈癌细胞血管生成、代谢重编程、侵袭和转移的重要因子,研究HIF-1α在宫颈癌中的上下调控机制,有利于开辟新的分子治疗靶点和靶向药物,对提高世界范围内宫颈癌患者的总生存期具有重要意义。本文对HIF-1α调控宫颈癌发生发展的机制、HIF-1α调控的宫颈癌相关信号通路以及HIF-1α相关的宫颈癌靶向药物的最新研究进展作一综述。Cervical cancer(CC),as the first gynecological malignant tumor,is still mainly based on the comprehensive treatment of surgery with radio/chemotherapy.However,breakthrough in its efficacy for advenced and recurrent CC is lacking,exploring new molecular targets and signaling pathways for therapeutic intervention,and developing new targeted drugs are the main research directions in the future.The high expression of hypoxia-inducible factor 1α(HIF-1α)in CC is an important factor for promoting angiogenesis,metabolic reprogramming,invasion and metastasis in CC cells by regulating the expression of multiple genes.Studying the up and down regulatory mechanism of HIF-1αin CC is conducive to opening up new molecular targets and targeted drugs for therapeutic intervention,with great significance for improving the overall survival of CC patients worldwide.This article reviews the mechanism of HIF-1αregulating the occurrence and progression of CC,the HIF-1αrelated signaling pathway in regulating CC cell,and the latest research progress of HIF-1α-related CC targeted drugs.
