智随访平台居家衰弱管理方案对乳腺癌术后化疗患者衰弱及创伤后成长的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨智随访平台居家衰弱管理方案对乳腺癌术后化疗患者衰弱及创伤后成长的影响。方法选择江苏省东台市人民医院2022年10月至2023年9月收治的乳腺癌术后化疗患者110例,随机分为对照组和干预组,每组55例。对照组给予常规护理,干预组给予智随访平台居家衰弱管理方案干预。比较干预前后2组衰弱评分、握力及步速情况,身体功能情况,健康行为能力情况,创伤后成长情况。随访6个月,观察2组生活质量情况。结果干预后,2组衰弱评分降低,握力及步速提高,干预组比对照组明显(P<0.05);干预后,2组SPPB评分提升,干预组更明显(P<0.05);干预后,2组健康行为能力升高,干预组更明显(P<0.05)。干预后,2组创伤后成长评分提高,干预组优于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组生活质量水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对乳腺癌术后化疗患者给予智随访平台居家衰弱管理方案干预,可改善衰弱程度,增强身体能力,提升创伤后成长,改善预后。Objective To explore the influence of the intelligent follow-up platform for home frailty management program on the frailty and post-traumatic growth of breast cancer patients treated with chemotherapy.Methods A total of 110 breast cancer patients treated with chemotherapy in Dongtai People's Hospital from October 2022 to September 2023 were randomly divided into the control group(55 cases,routine care)and intervention group(55 cases,intelligent follow-up platform for home frailty management program).The frailty scores,grip strength,gait speed,physical function,health behavioral abilities and the post-traumatic growth were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Patients were followed up for 6 months to observe the quality of life in both groups.Results After intervention,the both groups presented significantly decreased frailty score,and enhanced grip strength and gait speed,which were significantly pronounced in the intervention group than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the Short Physical Performance Battery(SPPB)scores of both groups significantly increased,which were significantly pronounced in the intervention group than the control group(P<0.05).Health behavioral abilities and post-traumatic growth were significantly improved after intervention,which were significantly pronounced in the intervention group than the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life was significantly better in the intervention group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of intelligent follow-up platform for home frailty management program significantly improves frailty,physical condition,post-traumatic growth and prognosis of breast cancer patients treated with chemotherapy.
