摘　　要：目的探讨通窍鼻炎片联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗术后青少年慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉(chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps,CSNP)的疗效及对患者鼻黏膜炎症、嗅觉功能的影响。方法选取2019年6月至2021年6月宜春市人民医院收治的60例鼻内镜鼻窦术后青少年CSNP患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组30例。对照组采用糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗,研究组采用通窍鼻炎片联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗,比较两组临床疗效、症状评分[Lund-Kennedy评分、视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分]、嗅觉功能[康涅狄格化学感觉临床研究中心(Connecticut Chemosensory Clinical Research Center,CCCRC)]、炎症因子[C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)、降钙素原(procalcitonin,PCT)]水平、并发症发生情况、生命质量[鼻腔鼻窦结局测试-20(sino-nasal outcome test-20,SNOT-20)]及病情复发状况。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组Lund-Kennedy评分、VAS评分均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组CCCRC评分均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组CRP、PCT水平均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组SNOT-20评分均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后1年,研究组疾病复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通窍鼻炎片联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗青少年CSNP术后患者临床疗效显著,可有效缓解相关症状,促进慢性鼻窦炎术后鼻腔黏膜修复,改善鼻腔嗅觉功能,减轻炎症反应,并减少并发症及病情复发状况,同时,有助于提高患者生命质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the curative effect of Tongqiao Biyan tablet combined with mometasone furoate nasal spray in the treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps(CSNP)and the effect on nasal mucosal inflammation and olfaction function.Methods 60 adolescent CSNP patients after endoscopic sinus surgery admitted to Yichun People's Hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mometasone furoate nasal spray,and the study group was treated with Tongqiao Biyan tablets combined with mometasone furoate nasal spray.The clinical efficacy,symptom scores(Lund-Kennedy score,visual analogue scale[VAS]score),olfactory function(Connecticut Chemosensory Clinical Research Center[CCCRC]),inflammatory factor levels(C-reactive protein[CRP],procalcitonin[PCT]),complications,quality of life(sino-nasal outcome test-20[SNOT-20])and recurrence of the disease were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score and Lund-Kennedy score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the CCCRC scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the study group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CRP and PCT of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the SNOT-20 sco
