耳廓矫正器治疗婴幼儿先天性耳廓形态畸形的时机及临床疗效评估

摘　　要：目的探讨耳廓矫正器治疗婴幼儿先天性耳廓形态畸形的时机及临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2022年1—10月九江市妇幼保健院耳鼻喉科门诊收治的50例(50只耳)先天性耳廓形态畸形患儿的临床资料,按照初始矫正日龄分为A组(≤7 d,n=12,12只耳)、B组(8~42 d,n=23,23只耳)和C组(>42 d,n=15,15只耳)。所有患儿均采用耳廓矫形器矫正,比较3组患儿矫正效果、矫正时间及并发症发生情况。结果A组矫正总有效率为100.00%,B组为95.65%,C组为86.67%,3组矫正总有效率比较差异无统计学意义。A组矫正时间短于B、C组,B组短于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3组并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论耳廓矫正器无创矫治先天性耳廓形态畸形临床效果显著,且初始矫治年龄越小,矫正时间越短。Objective To investigate the evaluation of the timing and clinical efficacy of auricular orthosis in the treatment of congenital auricular deformity in infants and young children.Methods the clinical data of 50 children(50 ears)with congenital auricular deformity in the outpatient department of Otolaryngology of Jiujiang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to October 2022 were retrospectively analyzed,they were divided into the group A(≤7 d,n=12,12 ears),group B(8-42 d,n=23,23 ears)and the group C(>42 d,n=15,15 ears)according to the initial correction age.All children were treated with auricular orthosis,and the orthodontic results,orthodontic time and complications were compared among the three groups.Results The total effective rate of correction was 100.00%in the group A,95.65%in the group B and 86.67%in the group C,and there was no significant difference in the total effective rate of correction among the three groups.The correction time in the group A was shorter than that in the groups B and C,the group B was shorter than the group C,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in complication rates among the three groups.Conclusion The non-invasive correction of congenital auricular deformity with auricular braces is clinically effective,and the younger the age of initial correction,the shorter the correction time.
