摘 要:学生德育评价是新时代教育评价的重要内容,也是检验高师院校立德树人工作成效的重要手段,有助于提升学生德育教育工作质量.现有学生德育评价研究多以定性评价为主,缺乏一套科学、客观、适用的量化评价方法.本文结合高师院校学生德育教育工作实际,从思想道德素质、法纪法规素质、身心健康素质、文明礼仪素质和实践能力素质等五个方面梳理学生德育评价的考察点,利用德尔菲法构建高师院校学生德育量化评价指标体系,并引入云模型和熵权理论构建高师院校学生德育量化评价方法.实证案例分析结果表明,该方法能较好解决指标权重分配和定性指标量化问题.The moral education evaluation is an important part of education evaluation in the new era,and also an important means to supervise the effectiveness of normal university,which is helpful to improve the quality of student moral education.However,the existing research work is mainly focuses on qualitative evaluation,lacking a set of practical quantitative evaluation methods.Based on the actual moral education of students in normal universities,this paper processes the investigation points of moral education evaluation from five aspects:ideology and regulations,physical and mental health,civilized etiquette and practical ability,proposes a measurement index system based on Delphi method and makes use of the cloud model and entropy weight theory to construct the quantitative evaluation model,and the empirical analysis is also carried out.The results show that the method proposed can solve the problems of index weight allocation and qualitative index quantification,which reflects the objectivity and effectiveness of the evaluation method.
