摘 要:大江大河及沿江河分布的生态敏感区,从工程安全和生态空间管控上制约了输电线路跨越选址。本研究以黄河干流河南段为研究对象,通过收集和矢量化黄河干流河南段生态敏感区资料,采用ArcGIS空间分析法,分析研究区的生态敏感区分级、生态敏感性指数和黄河沿线生态敏感区的空间分布特征。研究结果表明:黄河干流河南段生态敏感性指数为0.92,输电线路完全避让难度大,应利用生态敏感性差异分布进行布局。濮阳段不敏感和轻度敏感段河段长,可作为优先布局河段。三门峡段高度态敏感性指数为0.46,部分河段较窄处,可选择无害化空中跨越。郑州段生态敏感区密集,洛阳和济源、开封和新乡黄河两侧均分布有生态敏感区段,且沿黄河纵深范围大,建议优先避让。Location of transmission lines was restricted by large rivers and ecologically sensitive areas in terms of project safety and ecological space.Taking the Henan section of the Yellow River main stream as an example,by collecting and vectorising data about ecologically sensitive areas and using ArcGIS software,this study analyzed the distribution characteristics of sensitive areas,and sensitivity grading and ecological sensitivity index evaluation were also carried out.The results showed that the ecological sensitivity index of the Henan section of the Yellow River was 0.92,it was difficult for the transmission line to avoid these areas totally and location should be arranged using the differential distribution of ecological sensitivity.The Puyang river section had a long insensitive and low sensitive section,which was preferred.The high sensitivity index of Sanmenxia section was 0.46,and non-hazardous air crossing should be used at narrow river sections.Many ecologically sensitive area were distributed in Zhengzhou river section.Luoyang,Jiyuan,Kaifeng and Xinxiang river section has sensitive sections on both sides of the Yellow River,which had a large depth along the Yellow River.These sections were recommended to avoid.
