摘　　要：具备创新能力的企业能在激烈的市场竞争中脱颖而出,赢得发展机遇并实现可持续发展。文章以宁波市科技企业为研究对象,从市场、销售、供应和组织维度构建创新能力评价体系,采用德尔菲法和层次分析法确定指标权重,深入剖析科技企业创新能力状况,为企业创新发展与政府政策制定提供依据;通过对宁波市200家科技企业2014—2023年的创新能力进行评价,发现科技企业创新能力整体呈中等水平,具有提升空间。基于此,文章从创新实践与经验分享、管理流程与投资策略优化等方面提出相应策略,助力宁波市科技企业提升创新能力,提高宁波市经济社会发展水平。Enterprises with innovation capabilities can stand out in cut-throat market competition,seize opportunities and achieve sustainable development.In view of this,an evaluation system was constructed to analyze the innovation capability of science and technology enterprises in Ningbo,which consists of dimensions such as market,sales,supply,and organization,and Delphi method and Analytic Hierarchy Process were employed to determine the weight of each indicator,so as to support enterprise innovation and government policy formulation;Hence,drawing on the data of 200 companies from 2014 to 2023,it was found that the overall innovation capabilities are at a moderate level with room for improvement.Accordingly,the thesis proposes strategies from the aspects of carrying out new practices and sharing experience,perfecting management process and optimizing investment strategy,in an effort to bolster economic and social development in Ningbo.
