产教融合背景下高职涉农专业学生就业竞争力提升研究

摘  要:产教融合作为职业教育改革的重要方向,对学生就业竞争力的提升有重要意义。该文对产教融合背景下大学生就业竞争力提升存在的困境进行分析,通过探索性因子分析将高职涉农专业学生的就业竞争力分为基本能力、专业能力、可持续发展能力和职业素养4个维度。通过权重计算就业竞争力得分,发现高职涉农专业学生就业竞争力薄弱,通过差异分析,发现学生在校期间担任过学生干部,考取过职业资格证书,参加过专业技能培训或比赛,参加过实习对就业竞争力各个维度均具有显著提高作用。从完善体制机制、丰富教学形式、优化教学评价和提升师资力量4个方面对深化产教融合、提升高职涉农专业学生就业竞争力提出优化意见。As an important direction of vocational education reform,the integration of industry and education is of great significance to the improvement of students'employment competitiveness.This paper analyzes the difficulties existing in improving the employment competitiveness of college students under the background of integration of industry and education.Through exploratory factor analysis,the employment competitiveness of students majoring in agriculture in vocational colleges is divided into four dimensions:basic ability,professional ability,sustainable development ability and professional literacy.By calculating the employment competitiveness score by weight,it is found that the employment competitiveness of students majoring in agriculture in vocational colleges is weak.Through difference analysis,it is found that students have served as student cadres during school,obtained vocational qualification certificates,participated in professional skills training or competitions,and participated in internships.It has a significant effect on improving all dimensions of employment competitiveness.From four aspects:improving systems and mechanisms,enriching teaching forms,optimizing teaching evaluation,and improving faculty,we put forward optimization opinions on deepening the integration of industry and education and improving the employment competitiveness of students majoring in agriculture in vocational colleges.
