基于产教融合的纺织类卓越工程师培养模式探索——以苏州大学为例

摘　　要：针对目前纺织类人才培养过程中产教融合深度不够、广度不足的问题,探索了基于产教融合的纺织类卓越工程师培养模式。从制定产教融合教育制度文件、打造双向共进校企师资队伍、构建企业全程参与育人机制、开拓立体渐进人才培养路径等方面阐述了纺织类卓越工程师培养模式的实现方案及主要成效。Aiming at the insufficient depth and breadth of the integration between industry and education in the textile student cultivation nowadays,the cultivation mode of textile excellent engineers based on the integration between industry and education is explored.The realization scheme and main results are expatiated in the respects of designing system documents of the integration between industry and education,building a two-way co-progress teaching staff from the university and industry,establishing an education mechanism with full participation of enterprises and opening up a solid progressive student cultivation path.
