高铁直结8型扣件C型弹片受力分析

摘  要:为了深入理解高速铁路直结8型扣件C型弹片的受力特性,以直结8型扣件为例,基于ANSYS有限元仿真软件对其进行了详细的仿真分析。分析发现,C型弹片通过其独特的双层悬臂梁结构优化了受力分布,显著提高了对钢轨翻转的抗力和扣压力的稳定性。在标准安装状态下,即螺栓预压力达到7.6 kN时,弹片的各项性能指标均满足正常安装的要求。此外,弹片底部圆弧与上弹片连接处附近呈现出较大的拉应力,最大拉应力值达到了749.83 MPa。这些结果不仅验证了该扣件系统模型的正确性,而且为实际生产提供了有价值的参考。In order to deeply understand the force characteristics of the C-type shrapnel of the straight knot 8-type fastener of high-speed railway,this study takes the straight knot 8-type fastener as an example,and carries out a detailed simulation analysis based on the ANSYS finite element simulation software.It is found that the C-shrapnel optimises the force distribution through its unique double-layer cantilever beam structure,which significantly improves the resistance to rail overturning and the stability of buckling force.Under the standard installation condition,i.e.when the bolt pre-pressure reaches 7.6 kN,all the performance indexes of the shrapnel meet the requirements of normal installation.In addition,the bottom arc of the shrapnel showed a large tensile stress near the connection with the upper shrapnel,and the maximum tensile stress value reached 749.83 MPa.These results not only verified the correctness of the fastening system model,but also provided a valuable reference for the actual production.
