摘 要:为进一步探究硬质煤岩体这一不利工况下的掘进机截割工作,以EBZ280型掘进机为研究对象,针对此掘进机以往截割头性能不足的问题,提出一种“圆柱-圆锥”截割头结构,并以此为基础,对掘进机截割头各部分结构及参数进行了分析计算,以完成面向硬质煤岩体的掘进机截割头设计工作。从仿真测试结果来看,设计的掘进机截割头可承受恶劣工况下的高载荷,表明此次设计的掘进机截割头力学性能较优,预计其在后续的煤矿掘进开采工作中也将具有潜在应用价值。In order to further investigate the cutting work of the roadheader under the unfavourable working condition of hard coal rock,we take EBZ280 roadheader as the research object,and put forward a kind of"cylindrical-conical"cutting head structure in response to the insufficient performance of the cutting head of this roadheader in the past,and analyse and calculate the structure and parameters of each part of the cutting head of the roadheader on the basis of which to complete the design of the cutting head for hard coal rock.On the basis of this structure,the structure and parameters of each part of the cutterhead of the roadheader are analysed and calculated,so as to complete the design of the cutterhead of the roadheader facing the hard coal rock body.From the simulation test results,the roadheader cutting head can withstand high loads under severe working conditions,which indicates that the mechanical properties of the designed roadheader cutting head are better,and it is expected that it will have potential application value in the subsequent coal mine excavation work.
