基于自适应模糊PID在带式输送机变频控制中的设计研究

摘  要:为提高带式输送机能源利用率,通过构建仿真模型,提出应用自适应模糊PID控制器,来实现带式输送机的变速调节。与传统PID控制器相比,在稳定状态下,自适应模糊PID控制器超调量降低1.3%,响应时间缩短1.43 s;在信号突变情况下,系统响应时间相近,超调量降低2.9%;在传递函数变化时,超调量降低2.78%,响应时间缩短1.15 s,表明该控制策略不仅具有很好的动、静态性能,且控制效果好。In order to improve the energy utilisation of belt conveyor,the application of adaptive fuzzy PID controller is proposed to realise the variable speed regulation of belt conveyor by constructing a simulation model.Compared with the traditional PID controller,in the steady state,the adaptive fuzzy PID controller reduces the overshoot by 1.3%,and the response time is shortened by 1.43 s.In the case of sudden signal change,the response time of the system is similar,and the overshoot is reduced by 2.9%;in the case of transfer function change,the overshoot is reduced by 2.78%,and the response time is shortened by 1.15 s,which indicates that the control strategy not only has very good dynamic and staticperformance and good control effect.
