摘 要:文中综合分析了港口机械故障诊断的研究进展,重点关注基于信号处理的故障诊断、智能故障诊断及港口运维系统3个领域的工作。在基于信号处理的故障诊断方面,深入探讨了各类信号处理技术在故障特征提取和诊断中的应用;智能故障诊断部分,分析了深度学习等智能算法在港口机械故障诊断中的研究进展;港口运维系统部分,阐述了现有港口的监控与管理系统的研究现状。文中探讨了该领域的未来发展方向,通过清晰呈现当前港口机械故障诊断的现状,为进一步提升港口机械的可靠性和运行效率提供了有价值的参考。A comprehensive analysis of the research progress in port machinery fault diagnosis is presented,with a particular focus on three key areas:signal processing-based fault diagnosis,intelligent fault diagnosis,and port operation and maintenance systems.As for the signal processing-based fault diagnosis,the application of various signal processing technologies in fault feature extraction and diagnostic purposes is discussed.In the part of intelligent fault diagnosis,the advancements in intelligent algorithms are analyzed,including deep learning,and their application in port machinery fault diagnosis.Regarding port operation and maintenance systems,the current research status of existing port monitoring and management systems is introduced.Furthermore,potential future development directions in this field are proposed.By providing a clear and detailed overview of the current state of port machinery fault diagnosis,valuable insights that could significantly enhance the reliability and operational efficiency of port machinery are offered.
