摘　　要：食管癌是我国最常见的消化道恶性肿瘤之一,早期诊断率低、预后差。放疗在食管癌治疗中起关键作用,放疗联合其他方式的综合治疗是中晚期食管癌患者主要治疗手段。放疗技术在过去几十年中取得巨大进步,新型放疗设备的研发应用使食管癌临床疗效显著提高,且毒副作用下降,从而改善生存、保障生活质量。本文基于现有证据,对食管癌放疗技术及放疗方式的研究进展进行综述。Esophageal cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors of the digestive tract in my country,with low early diagnosis rate and poor prognosis.Radiotherapy plays a key role in the treatment of esophageal cancer,and its combination with other comprehensive treatments is the main treatment method for patients with intermediate and advanced esophageal cancer.Radiotherapy technology has made great progress in the past few decades.The development and application of new radiotherapy equipment has significantly improved the clinical efficacy of esophageal cancer and reduced toxic and side effects,thereby improving survival and ensuring quality of life.Based on the existing evidence,this article reviews the research progress on radiotherapy technology and radiotherapy methods for esophageal cancer.
