摘　　要：目的研究中国人群饮茶与食管癌的关系。方法通过计算机全面检索中、外数据库公开发表的饮茶与食管癌的相关文献,检索时间为1990年至2023年,筛选出符合要求的文献,利用Stata 17.0软件对文献进行一致性检验,采用随机效应模型,合并OR值及其95%CI。结果共纳入35项回顾性研究,合计病例组10062例,对照组18009例,合并OR值及95%CI为0.725(0.595~0.883)。敏感性分析及发表偏倚检测支持本研究结果较为稳定、可靠。结论饮茶是中国人群患食管癌的保护因素,通过饮茶可降低患食管癌的风险。Objective To study the relationship between tea drinking and esophageal cancer in Chinese population.Methods The literature related to tea drinking and esophageal cancer published in Chinese and foreign databases was searched by computer from 1990 to 2023,and the literature meeting the requirements was selected.Stata 17.0 software was used for consistency test,random effects model was adopted,and the OR value and 95%CI were combined.Results A total of 35 retrospective studies were included,including 10062 cases in the case group and 18009 cases in the control group.The combined OR value and 95%CI were 0.725(0.595~0.883).The results of sensitivity analysis and publication bias detection confirm that the results of this study are stable and reliable.Conclusion Tea drinking is a protective factor for esophageal cancer in Chinese population,and tea drinking can reduce the risk of esophageal cancer.
