摘　　要：针对智能化煤矿作业人因失误影响因素的变化问题,采用扎根理论,选取内蒙古自治区、山西省和陕西省具有代表性的三家智能化示范性煤矿为研究对象,分析智能化煤矿作业人因失误的主要影响因素,并比较传统煤矿作业与智能化煤矿作业人因失误影响因素的差异性。研究表明:传统煤矿作业与智能化煤矿作业人因失误影响因素的差异性主要体现在认知因素、个人特质、作业性质、技术因素方面。研究结论为减少智能化煤矿作业人因失误提供参考。In response to the changing factors affecting human error in intelligent coal mining operations,the grounded theory method is adopted to analyze the main affecting factors of human error in intelligent coal mining operations,using three intelligent demonstration coal mines represented by Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,Shanxi Province,and Shaanxi Province as research objects.The differences in the affecting factors of human error between traditional coal mining operations and intelligent coal mining operations are compared.Research shows that the differences in factors affecting human error between traditional coal mining operations and intelligent coal mining operations are mainly reflected in cognitive factors,personal traits,job nature,technical factors.The research conclusion provides reference for reducing human error in intelligent coal mining operations.
