摘  要:新建津潍高速铁路工程起点为滨海站,滨海站作为既有地下站车场规模有限且扩建代价较大,存在办理始发车作业能力不足问题。因此,对津潍高速铁路引入天津枢纽内始发车站的选取进行研究。结合天津枢纽客站总布局,梳理客运车站的定位分工,根据天津市主城区与滨海新区双城发展的特点,分析各车站规划年度办理作业量,对车场能力进行核算,提出津潍高速铁路在天津枢纽的始发车站宜利用既有车站,根据主城区、滨海新区客流需求比例布置始发列车办理作业量。对于天津市主城区,可利用天津站作为始发车站;对于滨海新区,结合滨海西站扩建方案,从工程投资与车站功能的角度,对滨海西站既有高铁场与新建城际车场之间的联络线设置方案进行对比分析,确定了不设场间立折线车站方案,将滨海西站、滨海站作为津潍高速铁路始发车站。The starting point of the newly built Tianjin-Weifang High Speed Railway project is Binhai Station.As an existing underground station,Binhai Station has limited scale and high expansion costs,and there is a problem of insufficient capacity to handle the departure operation.Therefore,this article conducted research on introducing Tianjin-Weifang High Speed Railway into the departure station of Tianjin railway hub.Based on the overall layout of Tianjin hub passenger stations,the positioning and division of labor of passenger stations were sorted out.According to the characteristics of the comprehensive urban development of Tianjin’s main urban area and Binhai New Area,the annual operation volume of each station was systematically analyzed,and the capacity of the station was calculated.It was proposed that the departure station of the Tianjin-Weifang High Speed Railway at the Tianjin hub should use existing stations,and the operation volume of starting trains should be arranged according to the proportion of passenger flow demand in the main urban area and Binhai New Area.For the main urban area of Tianjin,Tianjin Station can be set as a departure station.For Binhai New Area,combined with the expansion plan of Binhaixi Station,a comparative analysis was conducted on the connection line setting plan between the existing high speed railway station and the newly built intercity yard of Binhai West Station from the perspective of engineering investment and station function.The plan of not setting up an inter-yard turn-back line station was determined,and Binhaixi Station and Binhai Station were selected as the departure stations of the Tianjin-Weifang High Speed Railway.
