摘 要:在新时代背景下,高校宿舍朋辈心理互助机制的建设对于学生的心理健康和社会适应具有重要意义。基于高校宿舍朋辈心理互助机制构建的整体特征,借助情绪即社会信息理论,从机制构建的助人者、互助环境、受助者等核心要素出发,以情绪注入、教育环境和情绪管理三个维度作为理论分析框架展开研究。当前高校宿舍朋辈心理互助存在助人者角色定位不清与专业能力不足、互助环境随机性与封闭性影响效果、受助者参与度低与互动效果有限等方面的问题。对此,要在情绪注入上强化心理认知调适,在情绪传染上营造积极情感氛围,在情绪管理上提升心理自助能力。通过新时代高校宿舍朋辈心理互助机制的建构,有效地帮助大学生适应大学生活,促进其心理健康的良性发展和个体的社会化进程。In the context of the new era,the construction of the peer psychological mutual assistance mechanism in college dormitories is of great significance for students'mental health and social adaptation.Based on the overall features of the peer psychological interaction mechanism construction in college dormitories and with the help of emotion as social information theory,the study is conducted by starting from the core elements of mechanism construction such as helpers,mutual assistance environment and recipients,as well as with three dimensions of emotion injection,educational environment and emotion management as the theoretical analysis framework.At present,there are issues with the peer psychological mutual asisstance in college dormitories,such as the unclear role positioning and insufficient professional ability of helpers,the random and closed mutual aid environment affecting effectiveness,low participation of beneficiaries,and limited interaction effects.To address these issues,it is necessary to strengthen psychological cognitive adjustment in emotional injection,create a positive emotional atmosphere in emotional contagion,and enhance psychological self-help ability in emotional management.By constructing a peer psychological mutual aid mechanism in college dormitories in the new era,it can effectively help college students adapt to college life,promote their healthy psychological development,and facilitate their individual socialization process.
