强化提升国际中文教育管理能力的价值意蕴与实践进路

摘　　要：新时代,国际中文教育管理成为继教师、教材和教法之后制约国际中文教育高质量发展的第四“教”。文章从增强中华文明传播能力、推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化、实现国际中文教育高质量发展三个宏观角度论述了强化国际中文教育管理能力的重要性和紧迫性,提出了一系列强化国际中文教育管理的重要途径——应当更加重视国际中文教育管理研究,加大国际中文教育管理人才培养,逐步实现国际中文教育高质量发展。In the new era,international Chinese language education management has emerged as the fourth critical factor—following teachers,teaching materials,and teaching methods—that constrains the high-quality development of international Chinese language education.This paper discusses the importance and urgency of strengthening the international Chinese language education management ability from three macro perspectives:the enhancement of the communication ability of Chinese civilization,the promotion of the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity,as well as the realization of the high-quality development of international Chinese language education,and proposes a series of important ways to strengthen the international Chinese language education management.Greater stress should be placed on the study of the management of international Chinese language education,and more management professionals should be trained,so that gradual progress would be made in the high-quality development of international Chinese language education.
