高校教师适应力模型构建研究——以扎根理论为基础

摘　　要：高等教育体系的完善和高等教育规模的扩大使得高校教师面临复杂多变的现实环境,其需要具备多元综合能力才能适应高校环境变化、满足高校教育活动要求。为研究高校教师适应力的模型结构,采用扎根理论对33名高校教师进行研究访谈,通过开放式编码获得了19个概念以及5个范畴,通过调研获得536份问卷,随后采用探索性因子分析确定了结构效度,从信度分析结果可以看到技能丰富度以及职业素养的信度大于0.9,组织制度适应、人际关系适应以及心理健康的信度大于0.8,采用结构方程模型对验证性因子分析进行检验,得到结果CMIN/DF=1.625,GFI=0.933,NFI=0.945,TLI=0.974,CFI=0.978,RMSEA=0.044,证明了高校教师适应力模型的5因子模型结构稳定。In order to study the model structure of college teachers’adaptability,the research adopted grounded theory to conduct research interviews with 33 college teachers,obtained 19 concepts and 5 categories through open coding,and obtained 536 questionnaires through adjustment research.Then,the structural validity was determined by exploratory factor analysis.From the results of reliability analysis,it can be seen that the reliability of skill richness and professionalism is greater than 0.9.The reliability of organizational adaptation,interpersonal adaptation and mental health is greater than 0.8.Confirmatory factor analysis is tested by structural equation model,and the results are CMIN/DF=1.625,GFI=0.933,NFI=0.945,TLI=0.974,CFI=0.978 and RMSEA=0.044.It is proved that the 5-factor model of college teachers’adaptability model has a stable structure.
