摘  要:随着科技的发展,万物皆可数字化,宣告数字化时代诞生。生命主体多元化,形成碳基生命、硅基生命、碳-硅合体生命共同在场,生命进入新的纪元。正在塑形的数字文明,既有空前的益处,也产生新的弊端,我们应超越工具主义立场、批判主义立场和情感价值立场,采取理性的建构主义立场,积极面对新境况,制定新的制度、法律与规范;全球通力合作,大力建设数字设施、普及数字教育、培养数字人才、建立健全数字数据安全法律法规和隐私保护机制;建立健全适当的数字伦理、道德规范与行为准则,积极构建广义的数字社会,形成文明有序的数字社会风貌,着实推动全球数字文明建设,让人们的数字生活更为丰富健康,将有益于个体身心协调、社会和谐有序、人类文明的繁荣发展。With the rapid advancement of technology,the digitalization of everything heralds the arrival of the digital age.The diversification of life entities has led to the coexistence of carbon-based life,silicon-based life,and carbon-silicon hybrid life,Ushering life into a new epoch.The emerging digital civilization not only brings unprecedented benefits but also generates new drawbacks.We should transcend the positions of instrumentalism,criticalism,and emotional value,and adopt a rational constructivist stance to actively confront the new situation,formulate new systems,laws and regulations;and engage in global cooperation to vigorously build digital infrastructure,popularize digital education,cultivate digital talents,and establish and improve digital data security laws and regulations as well as privacy protection mechanisms.Furthermore,it is imperative to build sound digital ethics,moral norms,and codes of conduct,and to proactively construct a broad digital society.This will foster a civilized and orderly digital social environment,effectively promote the construction of global digital civilization,and enrich and improve people's digital lives,contributing to individual well-being,social harmony,and the prosperity of human civilization.
