摘　　要：以湖南、湖北为代表的战国楚地所出土的简帛,简称战国楚简。战国楚简是珍贵可信的同时材料,能够真实反映先秦时期的哲学思想和文化面貌。文章以战国楚简材料为中心,对其中有关国家治理理念的“治邦之道”进行梳理,并探讨其对当今社会发展的借鉴意义,主要包括选贤用能、忧患意识、以民为本、勤俭廉洁等四个方面。简文中体现的先民的“治邦之道”,其中的精华一直沉淀、贯穿于中华民族发展进程中。The bamboo slips unearthed from the Chu state territories of the Warring States period,particularly in Hunan and Hubei,are collectively known as the Warring States Chu Bamboo Slips.These invaluable and credible historical materials authentically reflect the philosophical thought and cultural landscape of the pre-Qin period.Centered on the content of these bamboo slips,this paper systematically examines the principles of state governance—referred to as the"Way of Governing a State"—and explores their relevance to contemporary social development.The analysis focuses on four key aspects:selecting and appointing the virtuous and capable,maintaining a sense of vigilance,upholding people-oriented governance,and promoting diligence,frugality,and integrity.The essence of these governance philosophies,as reflected in the bamboo texts,has been continuously sedimented and integrated into the long-term development of Chinese civilization.
