摘　　要：目的探讨轻度间歇低氧对男性阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停(OSA)伴高血压病人血压及自主神经功能的影响。方法前瞻性选取2022年5月—2024年5月来我院就诊的47例合并轻度间歇低氧的男性OSA伴高血压病人作为观察组,另外选取47例不合并轻度间歇低氧的男性OSA伴高血压病人作为对照组。比较两组病人白昼、夜间及24 h的舒张压(DBP)、收缩压(SBP)、心率(HR)和心率变异性(HRV)。结果观察组病人白昼、夜间及24 h的SBP、DBP和HR均值均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=4.214~6.954,P<0.01)。晨起时,观察组病人HRV的低频和低频/高频比值均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=3.617、3.886,P<0.01);而HRV的高频低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=-3.344,P<0.01)。结论轻度间歇低氧对男性OSA伴高血压病人的SBP、DBP、HR及自主神经功能均产生负面影响,可通过定期监测血压、关注HR和自主神经功能变化等综合措施进行治疗。Objective To investigate the influence of mild intermittent hypoxia on blood pressure and autonomic nervous function in male patients with obstructive sleep apnea(OSA)and hypertension.Methods A prospective study was conducted among 47 male patients with mild intermittent hypoxia comorbid with OSA and hypertension who attended our hospital from May 2022 to May 2024(observation group),and 47 male OSA patients with hypertension who did not have mild intermittent hypoxia were enrolled as control group.The two groups were compared in terms of diastolic blood pressure(DBP),systolic blood pressure(SBP),heart rate(HR),and heart rate variability(HRV)during daytime and nighttime and within 24 hours.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had significantly higher mean values of SBP,DBP,and HR during daytime and nighttime and within 24 hours(t=4.214-6.954,P<0.001).Compared with the control group immediately after getting up in the morning,the observation group had significantly higher low frequency and low-frequency/high-frequency ratio of HRV(t=3.617,3.886,P<0.01)and a significantly lower high frequency of HRV(t=-3.344,P<0.01).Conclusion Mild intermittent hypo-xia has a negative impact on SBP,DBP,HR,and autonomic nervous function in male patients with OSA and hypertension,and comprehensive measures,such as regular monitoring of blood pressure,heart rate,and changes in autonomic nervous function,can be performed for treatment.
