摘 要:道面的高耐磨性是提升机场服役寿命和保障飞机安全的重要技术指标。本文结合实际工程应用,首次针对机场装配式轻质混凝土道面开展材料耐磨性和摩擦性能试验研究。结果表明,特制轻质高性能混凝土具有高耐磨性,磨损量小于3kg/m^(2),满足一级公路磨损量设计要求;同时装配式道面现场实测表面摩擦系数大于0.55,满足机场道面表面摩擦系数的设计要求。The high wear resistance of the pavement surface is a crucial technical index for prolonging the service life of airports and guaranteeing the safety of aircraft.In this paper,in combination with practical engineering applications,an experimental study on the material wear resistance and the frictional performance of the prefabricated lightweight concrete pavement at airports is carried out firstly.The results indicate that the specially fabricated lightweight highperformance concrete exhibits high wear resistance,with a wear amount of less than 3 kg/m^(2),meeting the design requirements for the wear amount of first-class highways.Meanwhile,the on site measured surface friction coefficient of the prefabricated pavement is greater than 0.55,meeting the design requirements for the surface friction coefficient of airport pavements.
