摘 要:为推进高校家庭经济困难学生资助政策高质量发展,从受资助权视角出发,分析其生成逻辑与构成要件,指出受资助权融入高校家庭经济困难学生资助存在资源投入主体单一、受资助主体参与缺位及保障条件不均等现实困境,并从构建资源筹集机制、按需育人机制和均衡资助机制等方面论述了受资助权融入高校家庭经济困难学生资助的推进策略。In order to promote the high-quality development of financial aid for needy students in colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the generative logic and constituent elements of the right to receive financial assistance,and points out that there are realistic difficulties in integrating the right to receive financial aid into the financial assistance for needy students in colleges and universities,such as single resource input subject,absence of participation of the recipient subject and unequal guarantee conditions.This paper discusses the promotion strategies for integrating the right to receive financial assistance into the financial assistance of such students that include constructing resources raising mechanism,on-demand education mechanism and balanced financial assistance mechanism.
