摘　　要：作为马克思主义文化理论的最新成果,习近平文化思想具有“明体达用、体用贯通”的鲜明特征。习近平文化思想是新时代中国特色社会主义文化建设实践的理论创新成果,是中国共产党引领社会主义文化建设的经验与五千年中华优秀传统文化理论的赓续与发展;同时也为新时代我国文化建设和参与全球文化治理提供理论指导,是当前中国特色社会主义文化强国建设的实践遵循。习近平文化思想是一个开放性的思想体系,不仅充分体现了“实践、认识、再实践、再认识”的认识规律,也必将随着新时代实践的拓展和认识的深化不断丰富其理论内涵。As the latest achievement of Marxist cultural theory,Xi Jinping Thought on Culture features the distinct characteristics of “clarifying the essence and achieving practical application,with a seamless integration of theory and practice”.Xi Jinping Thought on Culture is a theoretical innovation in the practice of socialist cultural construction with Chinese characteristics in the new era.It represents the continuity and development of the Chinese Communist Party's leadership in socialist cultural construction,integrating the experience of the Party and the theoretical inheritance of China's 5000-year traditional culture.It also provides theoretical guidance for the cultural construction of China in the new era and for participating in global cultural governance.Moreover,it serves as a practical framework for the current construction of a country with a strong socialist culture.Xi Jinping Thought on Culture is an inclusive ideological system that not only fully embodies the cognitive law of “practice,cognition,further practice,and further cognition”,but will also continue to enrich its theoretical content with the expansion of new-era practice and the deepening of understanding.
