摘　　要：目的:研究京津冀、长三角、珠三角城市群卫生人力资源的地区差异,为推动区域卫生人力资源均衡布局、协同发展提供参考。方法:运用Dagum基尼系数、Kernel密度估计、马尔科夫链及β收敛模型等方法,分析三大城市群卫生人力资源的地区差异、分布动态及收敛趋势。结果:2009—2022年三大城市群卫生人力资源水平持续提升,处于相对稳定状态,且呈现正向溢出效应,具有不同程度的β收敛性特征。结论:三大城市群应继续利用好政策优势,加快推进区域卫生人力资源均衡布局;重视正向溢出效应,加快推动区域卫生人力资源协同发展;同时,重视经济发展等因素对区域卫生人力资源均衡布局和协同发展的作用,扩大优质医疗资源的地域辐射范围。Objective To study the regional differences in health human resources in the three major urban agglomerations,and to provide reference for promoting balanced layout and collaborative development of regional health human resources.Methods Using Dagum Gini coefficient,kernel density estimation,Markov chain,andβconvergence model,the regional differences,distribution dynamics,and convergence trends of health human resources in the urban agglomerations of Jing-Jin-Ji Region,Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta were analyzed.Results From 2009 to 2022,the level of health human resources in the three major urban agglomerations continued to improve,remained a relatively stable state,and showed a positive spillover effects with varying degrees ofβ-convergence characteristics.Conclusion The three major urban agglomerations should continue to make good use of policy advantages and accelerate the balanced layout of regional health human resources,pay attention to positive spillover effects and accelerate the coordinated development of regional health human resources,and attach importance to the role of economic development and other factors in the balanced layout and coordinated development of regional health human resources and expand the geographical radiation range of high-quality medical resources.
