教育学视角下的中国大学生可就业能力理论建构

摘  要:21世纪以来,世界迈入“乌卡时代”,科技迭代、人才竞争、就业形势等压力,迫使可就业能力培养成为高等教育亟待解决的关键问题。本文通过系统梳理国内外学界以及人工智能背景下的研究成果,构建起我国大学生可就业能力体系,涵盖专业素养、可迁移通用能力、情绪管理能力、职业发展能力、数智素养和非认知能力六大维度。进一步从微、中、宏系统层面,全方位构建我国大学生可就业能力培养生态系统:微系统层面,聚焦丰富个体可就业能力的多元培育路径;中系统层面,着重筑牢高等教育支撑力量的关键环节;宏系统层面,致力于打造跨越边界的协同培养生态系统。Since the 21st century,the world has entered the"VUCA era".Pressures such as technological iterations,talent competitions,and employment situations have forced the cultivation of employability to become a key issue that higher education urgently needs to address.This article systematically combs through the research achievements of domestic and foreign academic circles and in the context of artificial intelligence,and constructs a system of Chinese college students'employability,covering six dimensions:professional competence,transferable general abilities,emotion management ability,career development ability,digital and intelligent literacy,and non-cognitive abilities.Furthermore,from the micro,meso,and macro system levels,a comprehensive ecosystem for cultivating Chinese college students'employability is constructed:at the micro system level,it focuses on enriching the multiple cultivation paths of individual employability;at the meso system level,it emphasizes strengthening the key links of higher education support;at the macro system level,it is committed to creating a collaborative cultivation ecosystem that crosses boundaries.
